Is Founding 30 base hosting charged?
No. Founding 30 base hosting remains RM0 while the introductory offer applies. Optional extra storage costs RM1/GB/month, and data costs RM5/10GB/month. Minimum checkout amount is RM2.
Can I renew early?
Yes. Early renewals extend the existing expiry date, not the date of payment. Founding 30 users renew paid add-ons only, not their free hosting.
When do add-ons expire?
Founding 30 add-ons start with one month and may be renewed for up to 12 months per transaction. After expiry, only the purchased extra quota is removed; base hosting quota stays unchanged.
How are payments confirmed?
Review the exact amount, approve it, and pay through Stripe Checkout. JOMVI applies the purchase only after a signed Stripe webhook confirms the payment. No auto-charges or ChatGPT transactions.
